Pocomoke City Water Line Improvements,
Pocomoke City CIPP Lining Project - Market Street (Phase 1)
Pocomoke City, Maryland is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to undertake Project Engineering services for the rehabilitation and restoration of a portion of the City’s water
lines as part of the Pocomoke City Water Line Improvements, Pocomoke City CIPP Lining Project - Market Street (Phase 1) with an option to bid on all four phases of the project.
Proposals will be rated based on a comprehensive review of the firm’s understanding of the project, stated approach, qualifications of the firm and the individuals assigned to the
project, expertise, and experience with similar projects and resources available to provide the services required in a timely fashion.
The scope and form of the proposals must be followed and details may be obtained from the City Hall. Incomplete proposals or those that do not address specific requirements or provide
required information will be rejected.

This is a federal and state-funded project through the EPA Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation (WIIN) and the Department of Housing and Development Community Block Grants Programs, and Maryland Department of Environment. Minority, Women, Disadvantaged or Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate and submit proposals for this project and associated work.
