following property: 1947 Clarke Avenue, Parcel 733, Tax Account 01-027247, filed by
Hardwire Properties, LLC. George E. Young, Engineer. (No new information at present
time-building construction underway).
3. Drawbridge Villas: Review of preliminary townhouse building plans. (No action needed-
handout to be provided).
4. Comprehensive Plan Update: Set public input dates and format-discussion.
5. Cypress Park Flood Resiliency Study update: (summary recommendations to be provided).
6. Approval of Minutes: October 16th (to be provided).
7. Adjournment.
