The City of Pocomoke is soliciting proposals for the repair of selected locations of streets and sidewalks throughout Pocomoke City. Please be guided by the documents which are attached.
The Contractor will be required to perform all work required to repair and construct streets and sidewalks, including preparation of subgrade and all incidental work. All construction shall be in accordance to the City of Pocomoke’s Standards.
THE POCOMOKE CITY RENTAL REGISTRATION PROGRAM IS NOW IN EFFECT. POCOMOKE CITY NOW REQUIRES REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION OF RENTAL PROPERTIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROTECTING THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS OF POCOMOKE CITY, IMPROVING RENTAL HOUSING CONDITIONS, PREVENTING THE DETERIORATION OF HOUSING STOCK, AND PROVIDING SAFE AND SANITARY HOUSING CONDITIONS.
