(Case No. VAR#105-2024) filed by MD &DE Group Fund LLC to request variances to building setback requirements established by Articles VI and XIV, of the Pocomoke City Zoning Code for the purpose of constructing a single-family dwelling located on Lot 2, at the corner of Cedar and Seventh Street, zoned R-2, Residential District, Tax Account ID: 01- 034952. The Pocomoke City Board of Zoning Appeals will consider action on this request per Section 230-107 F of the Pocomoke City Code following a public hearing.
