As a part of the City’s ongoing efforts to improve drinking water quality in Pocomoke City, the City has hired a general contractor to perform CIPP lining of the water main along Market Street. Residents along the portion of Market Street from Eighth Street to Old Virginia Avenue will be connected to a temporary water service while the CIPP lining and associated work is being conducted to ensure that there is no disruption in service.

The duration of the temporary water service is expected to last from Early June until Late August.

If there are any problems experienced with the entrance to driveways, sidewalk and street obstructions, or cones and materials in the roadway, please contact City Hall at (410) 957-1333.
