The City Manager or the City Clerk must be notified of pending agenda items by Wednesday of the preceding week of the scheduled Mayor & Council meeting.  All documentation must accompany the agenda request.

Meetings of the Mayor & City Council are routinely held at 6:30 PM on the first and third Mondays of each month at City Hall, 101 Clarke Avenue, Pocomoke City, Maryland.  The meeting dates are subject to change due to holidays or other events.  Work Sessions and Closed Sessions are held on an "as needed" basis.  Agendas are posted in advance of all meetings.

(2) General Provisions Art. § 3-305(b)(1) “To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects on or more specific individuals”
