NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL POCOMOKE CITY Pursuant to Chapter 230 of the Code of Pocomoke City, Maryland, the Mayor and Council will conduct a public hearing on MONDAY, JUNE 16, 2025 AT 6:30PM to receive public comment on a proposed zoning map amendment RZNE #1132025 as follows: To rezone from R-2  Residence District to R-3 Multi-Family District the following parcel: Lot 10, Parcel 750, located  at 1013 Clarke Avenue. NOTICE is hereby given by the Mayor and City Council of Pocomoke City, that a public hearing on the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026 (Resolution 2025-R-14) will be held during the regular meeting of the Mayor and City Council on:
