Old Business
1. Drawbridge Villas: Updated Preliminary Site Plan for the construction of 37 townhouse on
a 4.07-acre site bordering Clarke, Maple and Riverside Drive. Owner: Draw Bridge
Properties, LLC. Engineer: Atlantic Group and Associates. (Update and status report).
2. Southern Fields Section III (Lots 29 thru 35) situated on 5.2-acre parcel. Final Plat
Submission (Status report).
3. Final Site and Building Plans: Worcester County New Library (Update on Status Report).
4. Comprehensive Plan and Cypress Park Flood Resiliency Study update: (Discussion on HB
538 and Statewide 12 Planning Vision-handouts to be provided)
5. Approval of Minutes: June 26, 2024 (to be provided).
