Dockside Restaurant Floor Repair

Pocomoke City is soliciting bids to repair the restaurant floor at Dockside Restaurant 2 Riverside Drive, Pocomoke City, Maryland 21851.

Scope of Work:  Flooring to be remove to include sub-floor, insulation and carpet/laminate. This will require the bar area and all seating (tables/chairs and booths) to be removed. Once demoed, the removed sub-floor and insulation will be replaced and an LVT lifetime waterproof floor will be put down. The bar will be replaced as well as the tables and booths.

Time frame for project: The project has an approximate start date of October of 2026

Pre-bid meeting: There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 9:00am at Dockside Restaurant 2 Riverside Drive, Pocomoke City, Maryland, 21851 for all interested in the project. Contractors will be able to enter the building to compile all information needed to submit a proposal to the city for review by Monday August 10, 2026.

Bid submissions: Contractors must be licensed and insured and submit proper documentation with the bids (W-9, MHIC, business license, and insurance information). Once approved the winning contractor will be informed and a start date will be established at that time.
